This guy has two belts, a utility one(which will be new) and a pants belt that we can reuse from formal attire morphy. We can also reuse the formal pants and the WW2 shoes so keep that in mind while modeling him.
FYI- The tie goes with the long sleeves outfit only. From what I can tell, when officers wear short sleeves, they don't don their ties.
